Every drill, rep, and scrimmage is a chance to improve. Go into each session with a clear goal in mind. Focus on execution, not just effort.
Don’t let your body go through the motions while your mind drifts. The best players don’t just practice more—they practice better.
3. Work on Your Weaknesses
